  Licensed in late December 2024, this is among the newest facilities in LA. While the parent operation runs other homes, this specific location has virtually no track record yet. Ask about plans for the first year.

• Verify which location and home you're evaluating

  Sweet Home Senior Living operates homes in both Valley Glen and Sherwood Forest (Northridge). Make sure you're visiting and evaluating the specific Van Nuys home, not one of the other locations in the network.
