Counter-Notification

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response Timeline
We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly. Content identified as infringing will be removed or disabled as quickly as reasonably possible. Repeat infringers may have their content permanently removed from the site.
