Why we like it

• Resort-style amenities that justify the size

  Pool and spa, movie theater, multiple gyms, walking paths, library, and elegant courtyards. At 194 beds, the community has the scale to support amenities that smaller facilities simply can't offer.

• CARF accredited for quality assurance

  CARF accreditation means the community has passed an independent evaluation of care delivery, staff credentials, and resident well-being. It's a voluntary standard that goes beyond basic state licensing.

• University partnership is a real differentiator

  The proximity to Cal State Northridge enables on-site lectures on various subjects. Intellectual stimulation is a quality-of-life factor that most senior living communities overlook entirely.

• Age in place across three care levels

  Independent living, assisted living, and memory care under one roof means residents can transition between levels without the upheaval of moving to a new community.
