The Variel is one of LA's newest large-scale senior living communities, opened in 2022 in Woodland Hills' Warner Center neighborhood. It positions itself as next-generation senior living — contemporary design, a rental model with no large buy-in, and three levels of care from independent living through memory care.

The location puts residents within easy reach of Westfield Topanga, Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills, and neighborhood dining.
