The remaining 4 complaints filed between 2022 and 2025, including allegations of a resident being struck by another resident, unmet hygiene needs, and a staff member hitting a resident with an object, were each investigated and found unsubstantiated. Annual inspections in March 2025 and April 2026 did not result in citations.
