Later that fall, inspectors confirmed that a resident had accidentally received another resident's medication, staff called the doctor and monitored the resident, and separately found that the home had not reported a 911 call from earlier that month to state regulators as required. In 2024, inspectors found that none of the staff records reviewed showed evidence of required annual training. More recent visits, including one in late 2025, found the home clean and in good repair with no citations.
