In November 2025, inspectors confirmed that residents waited 19 to 53 minutes after pressing their call buttons for help across multiple documented incidents, and that the night shift sometimes had no staff qualified to dispense medications. Inspectors later confirmed that on two more days the home had no med tech on shift and residents could not receive their medications, resulting in a $250 fine for a repeat problem. State inspectors also looked into complaints about a staff member appearing intoxicated, concerns about resident privacy, and additional staffing allegations, and did not find enough evidence to confirm them.
